Our financial reporting system resides on a Web-based ASP platform for easy exchange of information between properties, owners and us . We focuses on developing and generating financial reports to help operations and owners refine the business results.

A summary of these reports and activities is listed below:

  • Manage all your property's funds Handle all accounts payable centrally
  • Produce monthly P&Ls Maintain balance sheet & general ledger
  • Conduct property audits Manage insurance, including property, liability and health
  • Payment of all taxes relating to hotel operations
  • Process payroll in-house, including quarterly reports and W2s
