Founder
With more than 25 years experience in hospitality industry, Mahesh combines his hotel development and operational background, financial planning expertise and strategic marketing vision to propel Preeminent Hotels to achieve its highest potential. He is recognized as an accomplished hotelier and developer by numerous franchise partners in the hospitality industry.
Mahesh is responsible for shaping, developing and implementing Preeminent Hotels vision. He oversees the strategy and business plan of the company, which includes preserving Preeminent Hotels organizational culture as a family. As an industry veteran, he has his finger on the pulse of the hospitality industry. He is instrumental in the acquisition, repositioning and financing of hotel properties as well as the long range planning, growth and development of Preeminent Hotels.

Paresh Patel
Founder & Managing Partner
Paresh has over 15 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, and investment management. He leads Preeminent Hotels finance group with responsibility for all banking, financial and accounting practices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly financial statements, guidelines, internal hotel audits, payrolls, tax documents for all employees and employee benefits/insurance/401(k).
Paresh is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, incorporating key financial details into the company’s development strategy and emphasizing fiscal control mechanisms in operations. He also manages the creation of the financial structure of development deals with Preeminent Hotels business partners and lenders.

Snehal Patel
Founder & Managing Partner
With a Bachelor of Science from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Snehal brings applied knowledge and a strong grasp of the hospitality industry. He incorporates guest feedback and brand standards into strategies for delivering excellent customer service at different points of the guest experience.
In addition, Snehal has over 10 years of hotel management experience with an emphasis in operations. He brings proven success in establishing hotels from their initial stages to the point of cash flow for his clients. In establishing a sound foundation in operations, he oversees the processes necessary for management to move toward development in a meticulous and seamless transition.

Ami Shah
Managing Partner
Ami Shah is currently the Director of Operations at Preeminent Hotels. With over 10 years of hospitality experience, she leads the operations team and strategic planning for the hotel portfolio. Specifically, working to streamline operations and P&L planning. Before this role, she was a Senior Analyst at HP, Inc, where she provided finance and planning support for the $15B consumer pc group. Ami holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
